Jit and Rob’s wedding at De Seversky Mansion

Jit and Rob have been planning their wedding with me all the way from California. Over long distance facetime calls I got to know these two wonderful people and their beautiful story. When May came I couldn’t wait to photograph their wedding and document the union of these two families form two completely different cultures. The beautiful architecture of the De Seversky Mansion was the perfect backdrop to this classy wedding. Jit looked smashing as she walked down to the lawns to see Rob for her first look in her stunning San Patrick dress from Charisol Bridal. My very first time photographing a Thai traditional wedding ceremony was so EPIC. Each gust gets to connect with the couple and pour water over their palms as a blessing. Not only Rob but his entire American family was eager to learn and participate in the traditions.

The group of friends and family that came together were the coolest yet! They tore up the dance floor to the DJ’s awesome beats, and then tore it down some more. The dessert spread not only had plenty of sugar but also tasted delicious. Who wouldn’t kill for a warm waffle with ice cream as a post party snack!?

Let the pictures show the rest of the story.

Congratulations Jit and Rob and thank you so much for having us document your incredible day!
