Rachel and Alexi’s have been planning their wedding in NYC all the way from San Francisco. After several Facetime video chats I could not wait to meet these two in SOHO for their big day. Rachel and Alexi met each other at work in the software and gaming industry are self-proclaimed nerds and book lovers. The venue they chose to get married was the charming Housing Works book store, bang in the heart of NYC’s very fashionable SOHO neighborhood.
The walk from the hotel to the book store was one to remember. The grungy streets at dusk made for beautiful pictures of the couple.
The ceremony that was conducted by Rachel’s brother was meaningful and personal. When two soul are meant to connect across oceans and mountains, they are brought together by the universe when they are meant to be together. That is how it is with these two. A New Yorker and a Parisian uniting in San Francisco, geeking over techy stuff is new world romance at its finest! The beautiful connection with their family and friends showed throughout the night as well as their own chemistry and passion during their first dance!
